Excellent service ! Thoroughly enjoyed our night stay over the bank holiday. Very good value for money . Can’t see why it’s only 3.5 star reviewed on TA. Greeted with Prosecco on entry and given a drinks token each at the bar. Although the beer on drought was strange tasting (singha , Corona) . Bar staff very friendly also. Would definitely stay here again.

As always great staff on reception, at breakfast and behind the bar. Room was quiet and comfortable. The only downside which has never happened before was there was no hot water for a shower which when going out was very inconvenient. As it was a Sunday maintenance staff weren't available. We were given a voucher for a drink at the bar as an apology but obviously would have preferred to be able to shower. It's just a little off putting for next time. Should I rebook or should I try a different hotel.
